Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”. Working as an Instructor in a team that delivers training across Marine Engineering Electrical Training group you will use using your skills as coach and / or mentor to deliver successful Electrical Engineering training to the Royal Navy. This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
