We’re transforming the way that defence and civil protection services keep the UK and its citizens safe. In partnership with the Ministry of Defence, British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, our teams are creating more agile, efficient and empowered defence services for the future.

We’re supporting the British Army with recruitment, bringing e-learning and support services to the UK Defence Centre for Languages and Culture, and delivering a modernised shore-based training programme for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.

Our teams also run the Fire Service College – one of the world’s leading organisations for fire prevention, protection and response. The college provides training for the UK Fire and Rescue Services, as well as for other emergency service and resilience specialists in the UK and overseas.
