Chief Financial Officer
Tim is responsible for setting financial strategy and policy, and for implementing a framework of business controls to support Capita’s transformation and sustainable growth. He is also responsible for the internal audit and commercial functions.

Corinne leads the division which delivers multi-channel customer experience services across the UK and internationally for many leading brands in sectors ranging from telecommunications and utilities, to financial services and technology innovation.
Chief General Counsel and Company Secretary
Claire is responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the Board of Directors and providing advice on alignment between strategy, governance and legislation and regulation. In particular, her role focuses on risk exposure, liability, compliance and governance.
Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Officer
Nicole is responsible for Capita’s reputation and to drive and support the company’s strategy through effective communications for all stakeholders. Her role focuses specifically on internal and external communications, public relations and public affairs.
