Job description:
As part of Capita’s ongoing transformation and commitment to procurement excellence, the Procurement Operations Manager will build and lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering competitive tenders, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the continuity of operational procurement support across Divisional requirements. A key initial priority will be to support the design, build, and successful transition of procurement activities into a centralised shared services model, enabling greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the function.
This role is pivotal in supporting strategic sourcing activities, maintaining supplier performance standards, and embedding best practices across procurement operations. You will be instrumental in developing team capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring procurement operations align with Capita’s global procurement strategy.
