Are you passionate about supporting training and outreach initiatives? We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our RPP team as an Administrator.

This is a hybrid position, working two days a week at our Upavon office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Please note, for the first 4 weeks of training you will be required to work from our offices in Upavon, Wiltshire from Monday - Thursday. As part of the induction process, you will also be required to attend an in-person induction at our offices in Bovington

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • coordinate Regular, Reserve, Officer and Outreach events
  • liaise with schools and educational institutions to promote opportunities 
  • conduct thorough eligibility checks to ensure candidates meet required criteria.
  • match candidates to appropriate events, ensuring the right person is placed in the right opportunity.
  • collaborate with assessment centres, careers offices, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards and effective communication.

What we’re looking for

Essential Skills

  • strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all of your work
  • ability to prioritise tasks effectively and align with team goals
  • proven administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • capacity to retain and manage varied information across multiple stakeholders and activities
  • comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • familiarity with Army careers 

Desirable Skills

  • experience engaging with schools, careers offices, or assessment centres
  • confidence in communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
