Four Councils - Hart District Council, Havant Borough Council, South Oxfordshire District Council, and Vale of White Horse District Council - have confirmed a three-year extension to their joint contract with Capita, ensuring the continued delivery of vital services to residents across their communities.
The renewed agreement, which came into effect in October, will run through to 2028. Capita will continue delivering essential services to the councils, including revenues and benefits, contact centre and local land charges. In addition, the company will continue to provide an out-of-hours contact centre service for South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse.
The partnership reflects a shared vision for service excellence and a collaborative approach to public service delivery. By securing this extension, the councils have reaffirmed their commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality support to their communities through working with Capita.
Samantha Davies, Client Partner at Capita, said: “We’re proud to continue working alongside the councils to deliver services that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
“We’re already driving innovation within our revenues and benefits service - leveraging technology to improve processes and enhance the customer experience, and we’re looking forward to building on this and exploring new opportunities to further improve services for citizens.”
