But this represents only a small part of the potential contribution we could make to the delivery of efficient, world class health services. We are now working with NHS organisations to transfer the customer services expertise we have developed in other sectors to improve patient administration, transforming both the patient experience and organisational efficiency. At the same time we are exploring the extent to which specialist, high volume administrative services in Arms Length Bodies could be delivered to a higher quality and significantly greater efficiency in areas such as payment services, claims services and regulatory support.
