Capita Commercial Insurance Services has today announced the signing of a contract with Torus Insurance Marketing Ltd. Following an extensive process, Capita was chosen to provide Torus with a wide range of ‘back office’ services, including risk capture, aggregations, ledger management, credit control, reinsurance administration and accounting services.
A new insurance company in the London Market, capitalised at $720 million and with a primary focus on the energy sector, Torus will use Capita’s expertise in insurance and business process outsourcing, specifically in the London Market, to support the growth of its business. This deal further reinforces Capita’s position as a leading provider of services to start up organisations.
