Capita HR Solutions today announced it has acquired HR Research & Surveys, Pay & Labour Market Research and HR Intelligence and Support (HRIS). These businesses were part of NHS Partners, a HR consultancy and research organisation owned by North Bristol NHS Trust. The three businesses will now operate under Capita HR Solutions as Capita Health Service Partners providing tailored surveys and research services to HR professionals.

Capita Health Service Partners aims to equip organisations with the necessary information to keep ahead of sector developments and make informed decisions for the benefit of organisational growth.

The acquisition includes HR Research & Surveys, a staff and patient surveys business; Pay & Labour Market Research, providers of salary research surveys; and HR Intelligence and Support (HRIS), which includes a HR advice line, the production of information sheets and benchmarking services on subscription. The remaining business, NHS Partners Consultancy, will continue to trade under the ownership of North Bristol NHS Trust.
