We are currently organised into 5 operating divisions, plus Group sales and marketing and Group support divisions:

contains all of our major central government contracts and specialist services including:
TV Licencing, Criminal Records Bureau, TfL Congestion Charging, central government services, integrated HR Services, gas registration services, business travel, Teceris, Legal services, and customer contact centres
Professional Services
comprises our local government services and all our software businesses as well as Capita Advisory Services including:
Capita Education Resourcing, Strategic Children's Services, document scanning and storage.
Insurance & Investor Services
contains our insurance, shareholder, financial and trust administration and treasury services businesses including:
Insurance services, Shareholder services, trust services and Sector.
Life & Pensions
comprises all our life & pensions businesses including:
open and closed book, occupational pensions, Capita Hartshead, financial administration services and wealth and distribution services.
Insurance & Specialist Services
comprises specialist services and outsourced solutions for the insurance market, occupational health services and outsourced customer services including:
Outsourced solutions, specialist services, Teceris, Legal services, occupational health, customer contact centres -eircom, DSGi.
ICT, Property & Partnerships
contains our ICT business, local government strategic partnerships, health, our property consultancy business and Capita India including:
Service Birmingham, IT services, Capita India, health services, Capita Symonds and ComputerLand.
