Our divisional structure ensures that the right resources and leadership are deployed in each area. It fosters a clear, individual focus for each business while providing ready access to the Group’s wider resources, expertise and economies of scale.

We are currently organised into 5 operating divisions, plus Group sales and marketing and Group support divisions:

Integrated Services
contains all of our major central government contracts and specialist services including:
TV Licencing, Criminal Records Bureau, central government services, our property consultancy, integrated HR Services, learning and development, gas registration services and contact centres.

Professional Services
comprises our local government services and all our software businesses as well as our communications business including:
Capita Education Resourcing, Strategic Children's Services, document scanning and storage.

Insurance & Investor Services 
contains our insurance, shareholder, financial and trust administration and treasury services businesses including:
Insurance services, shareholder services, trust services and Sector.

Life & Pensions Services
comprises all our life & pensions businesses including:
open and closed book, occupational pensions, Capita Hartshead, financial administration services and Capita India.

Insurance & Specialist Services
comprises specialist services and outsourced solutions for the insurance market, occupational health services and outsourced customer services including:
Outsourced solutions, specialist services and Marsh.

ICT, Health & Business Services
contains our ICT business, health, business, our Service Birmingham partnership, business travel administration, conferences and consulting businesses.
