Our management structure and business reporting process promotes accountability and knowledge sharing across the Group, ensuring that management is responsive to issues and trends within the business and wider marketplace.

Group Board

The Board is collectively responsible to shareholders for setting the direction of the business and monitoring the Group’s ongoing affairs. It is also responsible for ensuring an effective internal control environment that identifies and appropriately manages the risks associated with the business. Board members agree the strategic objectives of the Group, ensuring sufficient financial and human resources are in place to meet those aims. The Board sets the Group’s values and standards and ensures that obligations to clients, employees, suppliers, the community and other key stakeholders are understood and met.

Divisional Executive Board

The Divisional Executive Board, consisting of Divisional Executive Directors and Group Board Executive Directors, sets, communicates and monitors the application of Group-wide policies, procedures and standards. The Divisional Executive Directors are responsible for the development and performance of their divisional businesses. They work with and delegate responsibility to their management teams.
