What are their issues and how do we engage with them
Our key stakeholders include clients and their customers, shareholders, suppliers, our employees and local communities.
We engage with these groups through a number of channels including client surveys, investor meetings, the feedback mechanism on our website and direct opinion surveys. Internal and external consultation has helped us to confirm what our stakeholders key issues are, summarised in the diagram below.
