How to create and download your own report 

How we report

We have changed the way we report. Our CR approach is now reported online on this site, which we regularly update throughout the reporting year. This is to ensure you always have access to the latest CR data, initiatives and policies at Capita. Or if you want to track our year by year progress simply go the KPI's and progress page.

We aim to help our stakeholders find the information that they need quickly and easily and have created an interactive experience where you can create and download your own report.

Create your own report as you browse

You can build your own PDF version of our CR report using the in page tools.

'Add page' adds the current page you are viewing to your report.

'View your report' takes you to the 'Report centre' where you can download your report as a PDF.

Report centre

In the Report centre you can either download the full report, download the KPI's and progress, or just the sections or pages you are interested in.

Simply check the boxes against the sections you want. Sections can be expanded so that you can choose specific pages within them. If you have already selected individual pages as you browsed the report site, the check boxes will already be checked.

To create your PDF, simply click on 'Create PDF' at the bottom of the page.
