Each large supplier has a service level agreement which is managed through a quarterly service review. We also have an environmental code of practice, drawn up specifically for our suppliers, which sets out Capita’s expectations from its trading partners with respect to environmental management. We have 25 strategic suppliers who all comply with this code.
