Contact centre accreditation

The Customer Contact Association (CCA) is the professional body for the contact centre industry. It is an independent organisation with more than 600 public and private sector members and its key objective is to improve standards from both the user and employee perspective.

The CCA provides a comprehensive framework for best practice through the CCA Standard. External verification via independent quality assessors leads to accreditation and the award of the CCA Collective Mark.

The following Capita-run contact centres hold CCA accreditations:

  • TV Licensing, Bristol
  • TV Licensing, Darwen
  • Criminal Records Bureau, Darwen
  • Criminal Records Bureau, Liverpool
  • Capita Integrated Services, Darlington
  • Capita Learning & Development, Birmingham
  • Capita Life & Pensions, Gloucester
  • Capita Local Government Services, London
  • BBC Information Services, Belfast
