Amy Roberts - Pensions Integration Technician, Sheffield

Amy joined Capita through the Capita Hartshead Graduate Scheme in our Sheffield offices. In order that she might advance her professional development Amy applied for learning support from Capita Hartshead to help her complete the pensions management associateship exams with the Associateship of the Pensions Managers Institute (APMI) which is the recognised practioners’ qualification for managers in the pensions industry.

In line with Capita’s approach to continuous improvement and professional development, Amy was fully supported in her studies. This sponsorship was both in financial terms, including all professional subscriptions, exam fees, tuition costs, provision of manuals and learning materials paid for by Capita, and non-financial form, for example with additional paid study leave for each subject being studied. Amy successfully qualified as an Associate Pensions Manager in the summer of 2007.
