New BPO service centre opened in Poland
Capita has opened its new 550 seat capacity multi-client business process outsourcing centre in Kraków, Poland. The first processes are now going live and we are currently extending the range of services being delivered from the centre in the key European languages.
The multi-disciplinary centre replicates the success already achieved by Capita across differing channels in the public and private sector. The Kraków Business Centre extends Capita’s pan European delivery capability in customer and administrative services, IT services and finance and accounting services to its diverse markets. This provides our staff with the opportunity to work on a variety of service offerings for a number of clients rather than simply focussing on one specialised area.
The BPO service centre provides services to existing and new clients of Capita and is available to provide services to the Polish domestic market and other European countries. Capita Kraków Business Centre is providing an international capability in support of the UK, Offshore and European clients and customers, operating from strategic sites in the UK, Republic of Ireland, India and Poland.

- Central Kraków location in the CBL 1 building in Lubicz 23, close to the old town and main train station
