The recruitment process
Once you have registered and applied, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. Your application will be handled by a professional and experienced Internal Resourcing Consultant who will consider it fairly and in accordance with our commitment to equal opportunities
Capita is a large, diverse business with many separate divisions, each operating a slightly different recruitment process, which may include first and second stage interviews, aptitude assessment, presentations and/or psychometric testing. You will be advised of the process during the initial stages of your application should your skills match the criteria of the role.
