Maintaining a positive company culture is particularly important, especially as integrate and manage a diverse workforce because the majority of our employees transfer into Capita by TUPE, from their previous employers who outsource activities to Capita or through acquisitions. Where possible we support part time and flexible working practices to broaden the range of people who can work with us.

Even though our operations are mainly office based, Capita considers health & safety management as one of our key duties to all employees and we implement high standards of health and safety Group-wide. We provide specific training for all employees appropriate to their role and the risks they face.
